Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Tech-Junkie. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders. We want to make sure you know exactly what to expect before you buy.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • All 48 contiguous U.S. states

  • Alaska and Hawaii (with limited services)

  • [Optional: U.S. Territories or APO/FPO addresses]

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

If your location isn’t listed, feel free to contact us before placing an order.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Standard Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (local warehouse time) will be processed the next business day

  • During high-volume periods (e.g. Black Friday), please allow up to 3–5 business days for processing

We’ll notify you by email once your order has shipped and provide a tracking number.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We partner with reliable carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Available shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout based on your address and selected items.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen events.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on:

  • Order size and weight

  • Delivery address

  • Selected shipping method

Free shipping may be available on select products or during promotions. These offers will be clearly displayed on the product page or during checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time. Tracking may take 24 hours to update after the package leaves our facility.

You can also log in to your account on our site to check your order status.

6. Delivery Issues

We are not liable for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Items lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery is marked “delivered”

If you experience delivery issues:

  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number

  • Then email us at support@tech-junkie.store so we can help resolve the issue

7. Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • An incorrect or undeliverable address

  • Multiple failed delivery attempts

  • Refused delivery

You may be responsible for re-shipping fees. If you request a refund, original shipping charges may be deducted from your total refund.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives with:

  • Visible damage to the box or product

  • Missing items

  • Wrong item received

Please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the packaging and item(s)

  • A description of the issue

We’ll either ship a replacement or process a refund at no cost to you.

9. Shipping Restrictions

Due to carrier or manufacturer restrictions, some items (such as lithium batteries) may not be eligible for express shipping or delivery to certain states.

We do not ship to:

  • PO Boxes (for large or high-value items)

  • Freight forwarders or re-shipping companies

10. Holiday Shipping Notice

During peak shopping seasons (e.g. Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas), shipping times may be longer due to high carrier volumes. Please order early to avoid delays.
